美國「正宗道地」經典甜點終於抵台,要讓台灣人一飽口福!【派派哥】堅持採用新鮮、高品質的天然食材,純手工製作的多道程序,將美國傳統甜點縮小成執手可握的迷你版。初步推出9種不同口味的美國經典派,豐富飽滿的餡料,搭配蓬鬆、多層次的千層奶油酥皮,讓您吃出與法式塔類甜點不同的滋味與口感。

【派派哥】不計成本,堅持採用新鮮高品質的食材。我們使用原汁原味的美國進口食材,同時顧及食安、並支持在地小農,堅持採用在地食材(如在地牧場鮮奶);同時為了品質堅持,亦採用法國進口原料。而這所有的選擇,都是為了創造與提供最佳品質的甜點與心意!

Taiwan has a lot of great Italian, Japanese, and French baked desserts, but what does it have in desserts from North America? Not much!

Finally, real "Traditional Style" American desserts have arrived in Taiwan. Great quality American style desserts made with natural ingredients are extremely limited here. At the Pie Guy our goal is to change this, by introducing Taiwan to excellent, high quality, representations of these wonderful and traditional desserts.

The Pie Guy focus is on hand-made, all natural desserts creatively down-sized into a convenient handheld package. Our first launch of desserts is 9 smaller versions of many great "Traditional American Pies". We've created these "pint sized" versions while maintaining the incredible flavors and a fantastic all butter flakey crust. This will be followed by similarly sized NY style Cheesecakes, and other mini versions of classic American desserts. 

You can rely on us to always use the very best ingredients in our creation of these tasty treats. Sometimes quality and consistency of flavor means that we'll use ingredients sources in America or France, however we're always looking for locally sourced products and will use them whenever possible. By way of example, we've found and are using milk sourced to an excellent Taiwanese high-end producer and will continue to search out and find locally sourced products, always mindful that our choices for ingredients are based on the best product, not cost.
